WHAT IS ANDBUS SOLIDARITY?
Living in society means sharing and trying to help those who need it most in an altruistic way to improve their comfort. Since 2022, through our initiative called 'Andbus Solidari', we have been collaborating with charitable associations in Andorra. We offer them donations to support their planned actions or provide the necessary resources such as materials, instruments, clothes, medicines, and more.
HOW DOES SOLIDARITY ANDBUS WORK?
We provide satisfaction surveys to our customers, which can be accessed through QR codes installed in all our vehicles. Users can fill out these forms, and once we reach a specific number of surveys, we make the donation to the organizations. These surveys help us gauge the satisfaction level of our customers and identify areas where we can further improve. Additionally, they allow us to engage Andbus users in the solidarity project and the aid we provide to different NGOs in the country.
