Andorran Association for Alzheimer's Disease
Alzheimer’s disease affects 1 in 10 people over the age of 65 and one third of people over the age of 85. So much so that 2 out of 3 people have or have had someone with Alzheimer’s disease in their close environment.
The Andorran Association for Alzheimer’s Disease has as its main objective to support people affected by the disease and their families, providing them with as much information as possible and equipping them with the necessary resources so that they do not feel alone.
Now, in collaboration with Andbus, it is organizing a Support and Self-Care Program for family members of people with Alzheimer’s disease. It will consist of 5 sessions and will be led by Víctor Arrabal Carrión, vocational training teacher, coach, Gestalt therapist and expert in Mindfulness, among other disciplines.
